Due to Corona virus Pandemic situation, all those countries are following many precautions to stop spreading the virus, by lockdown, maintain social distance, self isolation etc., with these situation our country is curing by following the steps which is declared by government and from self, but people make their own care about the situations, due to this our call taxi has follow many precautions for the customers who are all travelling, we maintain the vehicle normally in good condition such as cleaning, changing of clothes, sterilize, using sanitizer frequently but apart from that our Company follows very good steps to be followed by driver and the customer such as followed below:
1. CLEANING OF CAR DOOR HANDLE :
Very most touch surface by all before travel is car door handle, before entering into car driver spray an sanitizer into four handles, this is the very most first step to be followed by us.
2. WEARING MASK AND GLOVES:
We instruct to the customer or passenger to wear a mask before travel, if they already wear mask we keep instructing them to not remove the mask upto the destination and this is very good precaution to stop the corona virus into our body. Driver has instructed by their boss to wear gloves and mask, it is necessary also.
3. BLEACHING OF CAR SEATS:
Driver, make over bleach of seats before seating of customer and after seating of customer, including their seats, parking brake lever, steering, buttons, seatbelt, interior door handles and wiper etc.,
4. MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING:
If passengers are only two or one we instruct them to maintain social distancing throughout the travel.
5. OFF THE ROAD:
We also instruct the drivers to take leave, if they have symptoms of cough, fever or illness after travelling., passengers are requested to open their windows and off the A/C’s as possible.
6. OTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED :
- Sanitizer should be in stock.
- Cleaning clothes will be change after some uses.
- Sanitize for every 45 minutes while on travel for both driver and passengers.
- Wearing mask is mandatory for passengers.
- If customer gets sneeze, driver need to tell them to keep clothes if they not.
- Avoid physical contact with customers like hand shake, money transactions.
- Need to sanitize mobile after travel.
- Wearing mask and gloves are mandatory for drivers.
- Keep car clean for every passengers.
These are steps we following for COVID situations to prevent it, these steps make our responsibility much higher to healthy and safe. These steps also makes community safe in COVID pandemic situation and following these steps also makes to reduce your risk of affecting from corona virus.
